ABSTRACT
Preklampsia is the increase in blood
pressure of at least 140/90, proteinuria, and edema. preeclampsia is a risk
that can harm the mother and fetus. Until now the cause of preeclampsia is not
known, but preeclampsia can occur in certain groups, namely those who have
predisposing young age, first pregnancy, heredity, history of preeclampsia and
so on. To find out the relationship with the incidence of risk factors
pre-eclampsia in hospitals Achmad Mochtar 2012.
This
research is a descriptive analytic cross sectional design. Population were all
mothers who gave birth in January, as many as 126 people, with a total sampling
sampling. Collecting data with documentation, computerized data processing,
analysis and Univariat Bivariate Analysis.
The result showed that the data from
the maternal 126 people, the majority (69.0%) were age are not at risk, (54.0%)
were at risk parity, (53.2%) had a history of hypertension. Maternal than 126
people there were 15 people (11.9%) had pre-eclampsia. After the Chi-square
test statistic was found that there was no significant association between
maternal age with the incidence of pre-eclampsia proved with p = 1.000 (p>
0.05), whereas the relationship of parity and history of hypertension there is
a significant association between maternal parity the incidence of
pre-eclampsia proved with p = 0.015 (p <0.05) and a history of hypertension
and pre-eclampsia incidence proved with p = 0.0005 (p < 0.05).
From the above research
conclusions that can be drawn is a risk factor for age did not have a
significant association. This can occur because of the efforts of women done in
order to keep her pregnancy, as did the ANC regularly, and meet the nutrition
of pregnant women as recommended by health officials. Risk factors parity and
history of hypertension had a significant association.
